SELIG, John Alvin

Age 92, Vogler's Cove, NS, passed away at Queens General Hospital on October 23, 2023. Born in Vogler's Cove on November 5, 1930, he was the son of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Reinhardt) Selig.

He is survived by wife of sixty-three years, Evadnah (Oickle) Selig; daugther Rosemary (Daniel) Reinhardt; granddaughters Candace (Dwayne) Reinhardt and Caitlin (Lawrence) Dominix; great-grandchildren Andelyn and Oscar; sister-in-law Sandra (Cyril) Selig.

He was predeceased by brothers Gerald and Cyril; sisters Gloria and Emily.

Arrangements are under the direction of R.A. Corkum Funeral Home. Funeral service to take place at R.A. Corkum Funeral Home on November 2, 2023, at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at the Seaside Cemetary, Vogler's Cove, with a reception at the Vogler's Cove Community Hall. No flowers requested. Donations may be made to Hope for Wildlife or charity of choice.
