BERRINGER, Jewell

Jewell Berringer passed away peacefully in Ryan Hall, Bridgewater, on December 12, 2018 at the age of 101. Born July 15, 1917 in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lottie (Whynotte) Oickle. Mom was a very caring person and a special mom. She worked in many stores in Bridgewater, including Kinley's Drug, White Star Pharmacies, Charm Jewelry, Earnst Jewelry, and other stores. Mom is survived by sons: David (Shirley) and Wayne (Geanie), Bridgewater; grandchildren: Janet, Norway; Kelly (George), Liverpool; Alana; Lonnie, Calgary; great-grandchildren: Eric, Liverpool; Felix; Theo, Calgary; Nicholas; Patrick; Evan; Emma, Norway; and sister-in-law Elizabeth Oickle. Mom was predeceased by her husband Anson; sister Arlean; brothers: Marven, Murray, Irving, Harold; Eldon. There will be a graveside service held at Brookside Cemetery in Bridgewater at a later date. Cremation under the direction of RA Corkums Funeral Home, Wileville. Donations may be made to the Heart Association or charity of your choice.
