MEISNER, Vernon Murray

83 of Laconia, passed away July 29, 2023, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Laconia, he was the son of the late Leland and Bernice (Demone) Meisner.

Vernon was a kind, generous and loving husband and father, and a friend to all who had the pleasure of meeting him.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Dawn Publicover; sons Kevin (Angie), Blaine (Sherry), grandson Angus; brother Mervin (Betty); sister Mabel Feener, Evelyn Zwicker, Beatrice Lewis, Agnes (Richard) Cross.

The family would like to thank the medical staff of South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, for the wonderful care they provided Vernon during his stay.

By Vernon’s request, cremation has taken place under the direction of the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, and there will be no service.
