SMITH, Audrey Geraldine

Audrey Geraldine Smith of Eastern Passage and formerly of Riverport, Lunenburg County, passed away at home on January 22 at the age of 87 years. Born on August 20, 1931, she was the daughter of Joshua and Amy (Zinck) Lohnes. Left to miss her are her son Gregory (Sonya), her daughter-in-law, Charmaine, grandchildren Stefany (Travis) Kerenyi, Roxanne (Mike) Pelham and great-grandchildren Henry and Thomas Kerenyi, all of Perth, Australia and her daughter, Wendy, of Eastern Passage. Her dog, Rylee, will miss Grandma’s great cooking and devoted attention. She was predeceased by husband, Lowell, and her sister, Pauline. Mom was a very private person but enjoyed her small circle of friends and neighbours. She was a homemaker and cooked supper on her last day. If we had a dollar for every beautiful item that she knit and every delicious meal that she cooked over her lifetime, we would be very rich indeed. But our richness comes from having her in our lives. Mom, you are loved and missed. There will be no visitation or service as per her request.
