Passed away peacefully on March 30, 2021 at the age of 82 in Ryan Hall (Shannex) with her husband and children by her side. Born in Milton, Nancy was the daughter of the late James and Annie (Keans) Kelly.

Nancy was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She passed away from complications of two strokes.

She was a businesswoman and worked right up until she was 80 years of age as an antique dealer. Every Sunday from May to October, you could find her selling antiques and collectibles at the Mahone Bay Flea Market. She enjoyed her job, being with people, and was especially fond of her dog, Daisy. Throughout the years, she loved quilting, painting, knitting, and cooking. She will be remembered for her kindness and lively sense of humour. She was a strong-willed and independent person.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Bruce McNutt Jr., Bridgewater; children, Tammy (Wilbert) Ley, Bridgewater; Darrell McNutt (Wanda Lee), Bridgewater; Holly McNutt, Halifax; Wendy Dunnett, Bridgewater; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son, Gregory McNutt; sisters, Carol Kelly, Joan Rhyno, and Irene Greenough; brothers, John Kelly, Jimmy Kelly, and Michael Kelly.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff of Ryan Hall for all their support and care.
